Shipping policy

At Chronic Forge, every order is made and packed with care. Because many of our items are made in limited batches and may be produced to order, please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process before shipment.

During high-demand periods, product drops, viral traffic, holidays, or limited batch releases, processing times may increase to 7–10 business days.

Processing time includes order review, production, packaging, and preparing your item for shipment.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier handling the package.

Estimated delivery times may vary, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping carrier delays are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your order is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for paying additional shipping costs to have the order resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Chronic Forge is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with:

  • household members
  • neighbors
  • your local post office or carrier

If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at  with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we currently ship only within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion or special offer.

Limited Drops and High-Demand Releases

Some products are released in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. During these releases, processing and shipping times may be longer than normal due to increased order volume.
